Since last report, we have been to San Jose to drop off Arlene, Ellie and Todd (buen viaje!). My dad and his girlfriend, Bente, flew in from Norway and the four of us returned to the Caribbean for some more waves, sun and fun.
While my dad and Bente decided to go spend the day in Bocas del Toro, Panama, Kyler and I took great advantage of the beautiful weather. We had already been running and surfing before most people even considered getting up!

Looks like someone got a little sunburned on their nose. Be careful with this tropical sun…there’s a lot of tourists around here who spend half their vacation in a hotel room with wet rags or towels on burned bodies. Have fun…it looks as though you are.
